NeuAI Technologies is a Bhopal-based company that builds AI tools for Indian businesses. We make practical software for textile mills, farms, fish farms, distributors and online sellers, so they can fix real, costly problems like fabric defects, unsold stock, or crop and pond losses. Our tools are either ready-to-use online products or fully custom-built solutions.

AI can watch, predict and answer, so your team doesn't have to do it all by hand. For example, our tools can spot defects in cloth while the loom is running, warn a fish farmer about pond disease 7–10 days early, answer your team's questions on WhatsApp, and flag stock that may never sell about 60 days ahead. Each one takes a job that is slow, costly or easy to miss, and makes it faster and clearer.

We are based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and we work with businesses all over India, from mills and factories to farms and small businesses. Most work is done remotely. On larger projects, our team visits your site for the discovery stage and the key delivery stages.

NeuAI Technologies was founded in 2024. The company is new, but the people behind it have worked on technology projects inside large Indian companies and consulting firms.

NeuAI is for Indian manufacturers, textile mills, distributors, farmers, fish-farm owners and small and mid-sized businesses who have a clear problem they want fixed. We don't build flashy chatbot demos. We offer ready-made products, and we build something custom when a company needs it.

Both. We sell our own ready-to-use products, like FabricGuard and Krishi Sahitya, which any business can start using directly. We also take on custom AI projects for companies that need something built around their own systems, data and way of working.

We have six products: FabricGuard (finds fabric defects), ManasBot (an AI assistant on WhatsApp), Matsya Saathi (warns fish farmers about pond disease), StockSense AI (flags stock that may not sell), Krishi Sahitya (help for farmers) and SAMS (software to run a textile mill). StockSense AI is still being built. You can see all of them on the Products page.

FabricGuard is an AI system that spots defects in fabric while it is being made, at speeds of 120+ metres per minute. It works with the cameras you already have, so you don't need new hardware. It also creates quality-control reports that you can show to your buyers.

ManasBot is an AI assistant that works on WhatsApp, in your own language. Your team or your customers can ask things like "How much stock do we have today?" or "What were today's sales?" and get an answer. Nobody has to install an app.

Matsya Saathi is an AI tool for fish farms. It predicts pond disease 7–10 days before it happens and helps you use feed more wisely. Advice comes in the farmer's own language.

StockSense AI is still being built. It is for distributors of semiconductors and electronic components. Once live, it will warn you up to 60 days before a part becomes dead stock (stock that won't sell). It will also tell you the likely reason: the part is reaching end-of-life, sales are slowing, a design change no longer uses it, or there is too much supply. Then it will suggest what to do: sell it off, discount it, hold it, or find a buyer. Over time, it will also help you buy smarter, so you end up with less unsold stock.

Krishi Sahitya is an AI platform for farmers. It shows live mandi (market) prices, identifies crop pests in under 30 seconds, and tells farmers which government schemes they may qualify for. It works in 10+ Indian languages.

Yes. Matsya Saathi is built for fish farms. It predicts pond disease days in advance and helps cut feed costs.

Yes. StockSense AI (still being built) is for electronic component distributors. It will predict dead stock, explain why it is happening, and help you decide how to sell it quickly, so less of it piles up over time. Our automation and forecasting services also suit logistics and distribution work.

It depends on your project, but you can start for free. We first do a free, no-obligation 2-week discovery audit. If you decide to go ahead, the smallest paid project is usually a small trial (called a pilot) costing about ₹5–10 lakh, with clear success goals agreed in advance. Bigger projects cost more, depending on the work involved.

You don't pay for it. If a pilot doesn't reach the success goals we agreed, there is no charge. This is written into the contract at the start, not just promised in conversation. We would rather run a small project well than overpromise on a big one.

Projects run in stages. You approve and pay for each stage only after the previous one has been delivered and accepted. If your priorities change, you can stop after any stage.

Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so your location doesn't matter. For larger projects, our team visits your site for the discovery stage and the key delivery stages. If you are outside our home city, that travel costs nothing extra once the project is above a certain size.

We don't show made-up client logos or claims we can't prove. Instead, you can hear detailed examples (with names removed) from our team's earlier work in large companies, run a free 2-week pilot and judge the real results yourself, or ask for direct references from people who can speak about our team's skills.

We sign a mutual NDA (a confidentiality agreement) before you share any data. After that, we can offer on-premise deployment (running on your own servers), encryption, role-based access (each person sees only what they need), and complete deletion of your data when the project ends, unless you agree otherwise.

We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023: we ask for consent, use data only for the agreed purpose, and collect as little as needed. Details like where your data is stored, how it is encrypted and how long it is kept are written into your contract before work begins.

No, not without your written permission. We use your data only to deliver the project you agreed to, and we delete it when the project ends unless you tell us in writing to keep it.

Yes. We can run the AI on your own servers if you need your data to stay fully inside your own systems, for security, compliance or company policy reasons.
